Question by Miss S: Have you ever used “The Original Colon Cleanse” ? Comes in a big white bottle with a colon drawing on it?

When you first start to use it, make sure it is the original, not the knock offs that have several other ingredients in it. It does not give you the runs, but you should have longer, more massive BM’s. You should feel totally cleansed inside after eliminating. It depends on your system, but make sure you drink plentyof water with it, drink it immediately after mixing it, because it thickens very fast and then you can’t drink it. It would be like trying to drink a bowl of oatmeal. Let me know how it works!
